Update 31st August 2018

I understand that things have gone a bit quiet in terms of the move to new premises which I announced a couple of months ago - rest assured that things are still moving behind the scenes! Despite some slow progress, things continue to move decidedly in the right direction. I hope to be able to share more concrete progress - and perhaps even a potential opening date - very soon indeed.

The limited opening hours will continue for the foreseeable future. Thanks for your continued support, and I hope that you're all as excited as I am about what's to come!

Note: The Wildcat is running very limited opening hours during August, ahead of a move to new premises later in the year. It will be open on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5-11 ONLY until further notice.

The Wildcat Tap is a small, independent pub on the Pershore Road in Stirchley, Birmingham.  It offers three cask (served via gravity dispense) and two keg beers at most times, complemented by a selection of bottled craft beers, gin, whisky and soft drinks.

Opening hours are currently as follows (please note in particular a change to slightly earlier closing on Saturdays):

Monday - Closed
Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday - 17:00 to 23:00
Thursday - 17:00 to 23:00
Friday - Closed
Saturday - Closed
Sunday - Closed

Please be aware that this is a small business, managed and run by one person - that's me! This means that you get very personal service, but also that the pub will occasionally be closed. If you're planning to travel far to come and have a drink then please double check beforehand by dropping me an email at liam@stirchleywildcat.co.uk, or contacting me on twitter @wildcattap.
